Career planning should start for the students from middle school. That is the right time to assess a student's personality and aptitude. That is the period when students develop personalities and other quotients such as EQ ( Emotional Quotient ), MQ ( Moral Quotient ), AQ ( Attitude Quotient ) , MQ ( Morale Quotient ), SQ ( Social Quotient ), DMQ ( Decision making Quotient ), etc.
