ATM (Fashion & Apparel Design)	2 Years (4 Semesters)	passed the three year Bachelor’s degree in Science / Engineering in Fashion & Apparel Design/Textiles & Clothing/ Apparel & Fashion Technology/Fashion Designing / Costume & Apparel Design/ Costume Design and Fashion / Textile Technology / Silk Technology with a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate are eligible for admission to PG Course	20**
Note: UG Course : 10 % of seats are offered for Karnataka Civilians *PG Course : 25% of seats are offered for Civilians for PG course.

SELECTION PROCEDURE

Nature of WAT/CAT.

WAT/CAT will consist of 100 Marks objective type test items to be responded to by the candidates in the allocated duration of three hours. The test will have the following components :- (a) Intelligence and Reasoning Test.

(b) General Awareness Test.

(i) The medium of the test shall be English only.
(ii) The sample Question Paper is given at Appendix ‘A’.
(iii) No negative marking will be done.

Merit list. Merit lists for the institution UG/PG Programs will be according to candidates’ performance in the WAT CAT and the Interview (PG only). In deciding about the inter-se-merit, the tie if any will be resolved in the following order of priority :-

Graduate students in science subjects as per aggregate marks / percentage in Graduation.
Graduate students in arts subjects as per aggregate marks / percentage in Graduation.
Candidates securing higher marks in Language Competency & Comprehension Test component in the WAT.
For UG Courses as per Candidates’ performance and University admission approval.
